Mark and Mary are AAANZ staff workers. Qualified in peace work and reconciliation ministries they also offer training and mediation services. Mark publishes the on-line AAANZ Mailings and On the Road magazine. Mary also runs courses on spiritual formation.

Doug is president of the Association. He lives in Sydney with Gitta and their four children. He has an architectural practice and is an author and photographer.
Douglas Hynd

Douglas is deputy president of the Association. He lives with Jillian in Canberra where he advises on community policy and is a lecturer at a national theological centre.

Ed is secretary for the Association. He lives with Karlin and their son in Tasmania. Ed works as a teacher at a Catholic Secondary College in Launceston.

Sally is membership secretary for the Association. She lives with Jim and their two children on the north side of Sydney where Sally leads groups and retreats in spiritual formation.
